When you take action: We collect your name, postal or residential address, state, zip code and e-mail address. We do not collect, maintain or attempt to gather medical information, social security or financial information.

How the personal information is used: We may use your address to send you updates on the campaign, newsletters and related information about health care issues. We do not share our mailing lists with third parties, however we may forward information to you about activities related to the mission of the Alliance. The information on your health insurance and smoking statues will not be reported on an individual basis. Rather it will be used to tally the totals under each category to show support for this policy among health care consumers and among smokers and non-smokers.

Information on children: Our web site is geared toward individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from individuals 18 or under.

The security of your information: Security measures are in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of your information.

Changes to the privacy policy: This policy may be updated and changes will be communicated when they are implemented. Updates or revisions to the policy will not be applied retroactively.
